  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in healthcare insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Agile development teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Ensure compliance with Agile best practices and remove roadblocks for the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Strong experience in healthcare insurance projects.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification is preferred.
