Job Duties
Base Pay Range: $77,100.00 - $98,900.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Job Duties
- Full cycle recruiting on high volume non-exempt and exempt positions, including: sourcing, screening, managing candidate pools, offer negotiation, etc.
- Consult and build relationships with hiring managers on the recruiting process, strategy and expectations in support of their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR Teams; HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Compliance.
- Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position.
- Market and advertise open positions via social media, job boards, etc.
- Determine the most cost effective/time efficient way to approach each position.
- Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity.
- Lead/assist with organizing and hosting interview events.
- Engage with talent at local trade schools, colleges and universities.
- Contribute to HR committees in support of HR initiatives.
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability in managing a large requisition load and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact on all levels.
- High-level of professionalism with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and applicant tracking tools, cold calling, and marketing positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and work independently with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong computer skills: Google Suite, MS Office, sourcing tools/databases, social media, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Outgoing, team oriented and creative.
