Senior IT integration Project Manager (32136)

The Project Manager will work closely with the D365 Program Office and report directly to our client's Program Management Office. This role involves leading multiple project teams through the implementation of the Supply Chain and Finance modules of D365. The ideal candidate is a project management professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to achieving program objectives. This position requires excellent teamwork, facilitation skills, and the ability to manage diverse workstreams effectively.

The Project Manager will oversee one or more of the following workstreams:

• D365 Implementation (preferred experience)
• Cloud Environment Support
• System Integration Support

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful implementation of D365.
• Enforce Scrum practices, remove obstacles, and promote self-management within teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to the Program Management Office.

Qualifications:

• College diploma or university degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in ERP system implementations.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an asset.
• Experience with D365 implementations is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to comprehend technical issues and facilitate effective solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to coach teams toward high performance.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions:

• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines.
