  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in supporting the compliance governance oversight program. You will help guide operations teams, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior management to address compliance concerns and contribute to process improvements.


Responsibilities
  • Support the compliance governance oversight program and guide operations teams on a variety of regulatory requirements, including credit reporting, bankruptcy, and fair lending
  • Review customer complaints, identify root causes, and analyze trends to improve products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns and escalate to senior management as needed
  • Assist with metrics reporting and provide input on process improvement initiatives
  • Support key compliance and risk management projects as needed
Requirements
  • Familiarity with banking regulations such as Regulation B, Regulation E, and other consumer protection laws in consumer lending
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Compliance or Operational Risk within consumer lending
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
