  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT systems management, cybersecurity, network administration, and technical support. The intern will work closely with our IT team to support various technology initiatives and improve our IT operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies
  • Assist in IT project implementation, including system deployments and upgrades, software deployments, and automation initiatives.
  • Document IT procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.


Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, network fundamentals, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, software installations, and system configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud services.
  • Understanding of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (SOC, HITRUST, etc.).
