Summary
Job Description
- Perform the device preparations to be ready to test. Check the basic info, the sanity, the SW versions, and the basic operations.
- Support PMs: register OUT, upgrade FW, change the settings, and other on-site supports for the PMs.
- Support Lab: check the device settings, capture the logs, and help to start the testing.

- Project support as assigned, maximizing efficiency to enhance the project management.
- Ensure effective communication with team members to achieve appropriate levels of understanding of and commitment to successful completion of a project.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by the project type.
- Maintain productive working relationships with teams (SGS Affiliates) to ensure smooth operation of the business.
- Communicate effectively with the engineers and the PMs.
- Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfill SGS quality requirements.
- Responsible for generating daily/weekly status reports to PMs.
- Flexible working, as required, to communicate and deliver the team members
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field.
- Highly organized
- Experience in mobile/IoT device using.
- Experience in Android
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work with the team members after office hours.
- Able to use PC based terminal programs.
- Understanding of wireless technologies
- Language Skills: English/Chinese or Korean (nice to have)
- Mathematical Skills: Advanced level of knowledge preferred
- Computer Skills: Expertise with Windows/Office/Terminal programs
