  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, an advisory firm, is seeking a Product Manager to support the development of a client’s custom real estate asset management platform. This role requires expertise in agile methodologies, real estate experience/domain, and product experience. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to collaborate across multiple different teams and be the core liaison between the business needs and technology team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Gather and document business requirements, working closely with product owner, technology team, scrum teams, and business users.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
  • Ensuring they meet client needs by combining business and technical skills to support the product development
  • Support the agile development process by ensuring clear communication of business needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience within a product development role
  • Real Estate Investment experience/domain knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM processes.
  • Need to have thorough understanding of what it takes to what it takes to build a product
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to be the liaison between tech teams and business requirements
