Delivery Director-New Jersey-Full time ( Telecom client experience required)

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) managing large-scale IT services projects within the telecom industry.
  • Expertise in managing application development, support, and managed services projects.
• Telecom Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry, including current trends, challenges, and client requirements.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive high-performing teams and deliver results in complex environments.
• Project Management Expertise: Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and building relationships with senior clients, particularly in the telecom sector.
• Budget & Financial Acumen: Solid experience in managing budgets and resources, ensuring financial controls are maintained.
• Risk Management: Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, scope, and cost.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
