About The Role
Nerdio is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist who will collaborate closely with members of the marketing team to help orchestrate and optimize impactful marketing emails and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a background in email marketing, marketing automation, and demand generation.

About The Role
Nerdio is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist who will collaborate closely with members of the marketing team to help orchestrate and optimize impactful marketing emails and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a background in email marketing, marketing automation, and demand generation.
What You'll Do
- Own the planning, execution, management, and measurement of all email communication within Hubspot.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business including marketing, brand, product, engineering, sales, and retention to create quality email campaigns and drip nurtures that drive audience engagement
- Understand our database and target market well, creating behavioral and demographic segmentations to generate contact lists and deliver targeted messaging
- Create and design high converting and modern looking CTAs, email, and landing page templates in HubSpot that others on the team will use
- Set-up registration and automation for multi-touch campaigns at a high volume, including webinar registration/attendance processing and Nerdio hosted event registration
- Own the HubSpot form strategy & GDPR compliance
- Conduct pre-deploy UAT to ensure that all campaigns are free of typos, errors and/or broken links.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of email initiatives. Develop tracking reports to assess engagement with campaigns and present recommendations to optimize these programs.
- Design and develop lead forms, surveys and landing pages
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email and regularly communicate this out to stakeholders
- Play a pivotal role in growing marketing strategy and the optimization of Nerdio’s customer experience.
- Assist in connecting Hubspot to other technology and evaluating options as.we build out our tech stack
- 3+ yrs managing email marketing strategy with hands-on experience building and deploying Hubspot campaigns
- Expertise in email best practice like segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, content, and design
- Up to date knowledge on GDPR and other email marketing compliance laws, ability to build out infrastructure for emails and align with our website manager to make sure our team stays compliant across geos
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Marketo or HubSpot Certifications a plus. We are looking for somebody that understands best practices in marketing automation platform organization & optimization
- Self-starter that is eager to try new ideas and take on projects with little direction, staying up to date on the latest trends in email marketing and hubspot
- Experience working in high growth technology environments with a large amount of autonomy
- Proficiency in HTML, Excel
