  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager Hybrid Multicloud Platforms to oversee and manage key digital and customization initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as an on-site Scrum Master, driving collaboration, integration, and execution across multiple digital and cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
  • Lead Digital Cooler Print Integration efforts, ensuring seamless execution and technical alignment.
  • Manage projects related to Lasers & Custom Enhancements, overseeing customization workflows and implementation strategies.
  • Coordinate with Fanatics and other stakeholders to streamline processes and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee Custom Single Plant initiatives, ensuring project goals align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations, providing proactive solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with Hybrid Multicloud strategies, optimizing cloud-based solutions for business efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and reports for leadership visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-cloud environments.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • Strong background in digital integration, cloud platforms, and customization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks, DevOps methodologies, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
