Job Title: S4 Hana integration Tech Lead

Job Location: San Francisco, CA (local candidates only )

Work Schedule: onsite once a week or remote

Starting Rate: $65 w2, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well.

Responsibilities:

Global ERP Integrations Tech Lead for WMS, TMS & Merchandising, Inventory & Planning Systems

Overview: The Global ERP Integrations Lead will be responsible for Architecture, Design & Build/Delivery for all the integrations from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Merchandising, Inventory and Planning systems to the global ERP S4 Hana.

This role requires a hands on technical expertise in designing & building Integrations from systems such as WMS, Inventory & Planning, Merchandising systems to S4 Hana. Candidate must have the ability to manage complex integration projects across multiple systems to Global ERP/S4 Hana and manage Dev teams to deliver the Integrations in a tight timeline/aggressive project schedules.

Key Responsibilities of the Integration Lead:

1. Integration Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy & Design for WMS, TMS, and Merchandising, Inventory, and Planning systems within the global ERP framework.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define integration requirements, mappings, objectives, and success criteria & test strategy.
• Experience with Integrating to S4 Hana is preferred.

1. Project Management:

• Must have some project Management experience including Lead and manage integration projects from design & execution point of view
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

1. Technical Leadership:

• Must have previous hands-on experience in JDA WMS Integrator, ERP Integrations, KAFKA, REST, JSON & Web Services
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices, tools, and methodologies, mappings & translations.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Code Review & ensure best practices are followed, Github, Jenkins for deployment

1. System Integration:

• Manage the delivery of all integrations for WMS, TMS, and Merchandising, Inventory, and Planning systems impacted due to the global ERP S4 project.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across integrated systems.

1. Issue Resolution and Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors during QE phase.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among project teams and stakeholders.

1. Compliance and Security:

• Ensure integration solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
• Implement and maintain data protection and privacy measures across integrated systems.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the integration framework.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in ERP integration, recommending and implementing enhancements as needed.

Success Criteria for Global ERP Integrations Technical Lead

Ownership and Management of Integrations

Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of integrations between WMS, Merchandising, Inventory, Planning systems, and SAP S/4HANA.

Ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Project Leadership and Execution

Define project scope, develop detailed work breakdown structures, and create comprehensive plans for integration projects.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Technical Expertise in resolving Integration Challenges.

Hands on Experience in o Must have previous hands-on experience in JDA WMS Integrator, ERP Integrations, KAFKA, REST, JSON & Web Services; Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices, tools, and methodologies, mappings & translations.

Analyze and resolve complex mapping and integration issues between SAP S/4HANA and other systems, including WMS, Inventory, and Planning platforms.

Design and implement optimal solutions to technical challenges, leveraging a deep understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.

Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving

Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to address integration challenges.

Provide guidance and leadership to ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive resolution of critical issues.

Deep Technical Competency

Demonstrate expertise in integration frameworks, data mapping, and technical troubleshooting.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading ERP integration projects, specifically with WMS, TMS, and Merchandising, Inventory, and Planning systems to S4/SAP Hana
• Strong technical expertise in integration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
