  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This rapidly growing Healthcare company is seeking a SQL Database Developer / DBA that will play a primary role in all aspects of the Information Technology Department including database administration, analysis, query writing, creation of stored procedures, SSIS packages, SQL jobs, and data movement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates to define projects, develops and interprets business rules, and debugs technical issues when they arise
  • Applies business and database analysis skills to gain deep understanding of user’¬s needs
  • Aids in the definition and creation of solutions that meet user’s needs
  • Develops custom database objects, stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL
  • Designs and implements SSIS packages and other ETL processes
  • Performs database security, backup/restore, server/system maintenance
  • Effectively communicates project status and planning activities with team and customers
  • Troubleshoots slow performing queries and database servers
  • Provides support for off-hour deployments and production issues
  • Participates in off-hours support rotation
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Consistently demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practice
  • Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition and ensures safe operating conditions within area of responsibility
  • Works to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organization
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • 10 +years of SQL Database Development experience
  • SQL Server 2008 or higher,
  • T-SQL development (writing/debugging complex stored procedures/functions)
  • Design DB (understanding relationships, design, ERD, normalization)
  • (DDL) Data Definition Language ( creating db objects tables, views, functions, etc)
  • (DML) Data Manipulation Language (creating complex queries to manipulate data)
  • SSIS development and deployment a plus
  • Data Warehouse Development/ Dimensional Modeling a plus
  • Database Administrator roles (security, backup/restore, server/system maintenance) experience
  • Healthcare information experience preferred
  • SSAS experience preferred
  • Working with end users to gather/understand requirements
