Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to oversee the change management efforts for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud within our Retail/CPG business processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change initiatives in large-scale technology transformations and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
5-7 years in change management, specifically with large-scale technology implementations, preferably within the Retail/CPG industry.
SAP Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and its impact on business processes (finance, supply chain, inventory management, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
• Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, with a focus on the unique challenges of the Retail/CPG industry.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and employees to align on change objectives and ensure buy-in from all impacted areas of the organization.
• Advanced Communication: Lead clear, consistent, and engaging communication efforts across the company. Develop advanced communication tools and plans to ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
• Training & Development: Design and implement customized training programs and materials that cater to both business users and technical teams, ensuring adoption of SAP S/4HANA features, tools, and processes.
• Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance, including user hesitancy and process challenges, and proactively address them using advanced tools and targeted strategies.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand the business impact of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud on critical CPG processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, inventory management, demand planning) and ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Advanced Tools & Technology: Utilize advanced change management tools (e.g., digital training platforms, collaboration tools) to manage the transition effectively. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to change management processes.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management activities. Provide ongoing reports to senior leadership on the progress of the transition and the adoption of new systems.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor change management team members, ensuring best practices are followed and development opportunities are provided for team members.
