Job Description:

The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Collections and Recoveries OR Commercial Lending to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, managing application support, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and define requirements during the elicitation phase, including use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces.
  • Conduct walkthrough sessions with architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into requirement specifications and use cases.
  • Manage application support functional service requests, ensuring a holistic understanding of application functionality for both IT and business teams.

Experience & Skills:

  • Expertise in Commercial Lending OR Collections and Recoveries, with a strong understanding of banking processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Safe Agile and Scrum-based Agile methodologies.
  • 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3+ years in application support projects as a Business Architect.
