  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Summary:

Seeking a .NET Developer with strong SDET experience specializing in test automation using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have a development background in .NET, combined with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks using Playwright with C#.
  • Write and execute automated UI, functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for web applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to define test automation strategies.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing using Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Conduct API testing and validation, ensuring seamless backend integration.
  • Debug and troubleshoot test failures, analyze logs, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Implement performance and scalability testing where necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, reports, and best practices.

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#).
  • 2+ years of experience in test automation using Playwright or similar frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
  • Strong expertise in unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
  • Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries for database testing.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and automation.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of OOP principles, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of security and accessibility testing best practices.
