As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our online presence. You will create engaging content, manage our social media accounts, and build a strong community of followers across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly to optimize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand message and maximize our online presence
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve our social media strategy
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions, to drive engagement and increase followers
- Manage social media advertising, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creation, to reach our target audience and achieve our objectives
- Identify and leverage social media influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and credibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2/3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and increase followers
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams and communicate with our audience
