Job Summary

We seek a Data Entry Specialist with strong Excel skills and attention to detail to assist in a manual data validation project. The role involves cross-referencing an 850+ page medical catalog with digital spreadsheets to identify discontinued materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually compare Excel data with a printed medical catalog to identify discontinued materials.
  • Accurately update and validate records to ensure consistency.
  • Proofread and verified data entries for accuracy.
  • Identify and document discrepancies between digital and physical records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual data entry and cross-referencing.
  • Ability to work with printed materials and digitize relevant information.
  • Proofreading and quality control experience is a plus.
