Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes regional sales strategy to achieve key sales objectives (distribution, volume, pricing, operator coverage).
  • Manages trade spending to ensure funds are effectively consistent with the Food Service strategies and profitability goals. Monitors customer activity to assess the impact of marketing programs and makes appropriate recommendations.
  • Penetrates key distributors and operator customers by focusing on adding value and facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve an on-going competitive advantage.
  • Manages qualified Brokers in accordance with King & Prince policies and procedures. Selects, trains and develops Brokers and evaluates performance periodically. Influences all levels of the Broker operation to ensure the appropriate resource allocation and promotion of the King & Prince line.
  • Manages administrative responsibilities including information requests, competitive intelligence, results tracking and analysis, expense reporting, calendars, deduction management, and sales reports.
  • Provides strategic input, market intelligence, and customer feedback and demand into the King & Prince annual sales & marketing planning process. Focuses on specific customer strategies, tactics, and segments to achieve company objectives.
  • Manages the performance, engagement, and development of direct reports.
  • Fosters a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of advanced selling experience in the food service industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Effectively establish and manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills

Salary Description

$175,000 - $195,000
