About The Role
The Director of Growth Operations will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media operations to drive business growth. This role will play a key part in scaling processes, enhancing efficiency, and developing the Growth team. The Director will ensure paid media efforts align with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to implement best-in-class strategies. Additionally, they will oversee team performance, career development, and operational excellence across all campaigns.

Compensation Package
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits.
New York Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00

About The Role
The Director of Growth Operations will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media operations to drive business growth. The Director will ensure paid media efforts align with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to implement best-in-class strategies. Additionally, they will oversee team performance, career development, and operational excellence across all campaigns.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a holistic paid media strategy that aligns with client objectives, market trends, and company goals.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in paid media execution.
- Financial & Resource Management: Oversee budget forecasting, campaign pacing, and financial reporting, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g.,Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Product) to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Manage client deliverables, oversee performance reporting, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of paid media trends, AdTech innovations, and platform updates to drive best practices and innovation.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Proven experience leading teams (including hiring, mentoring, and performance management).
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, StackAdapt, etc.).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and campaign performance analytics.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) a plus.
- Agency experience preferred; Auto industry and e-commerce experience a plus.
