We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance management documents
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets, conducting orientations, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork
- Provide administrative support for benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits fairs, and employee communications
- Assist with payroll processes, including data entry, auditing, and reconciliation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs, including employee recognition, training, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
