The Finance team at Message Broadcast is looking for a proactive and detailed Financial Analyst for our Denver, CO office. Directly reporting to the VP of Finance, the Financial Analyst will work closely and collaborate with the entire organization on projects like forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and other ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity to join a well-supported team in a highly visible role that will grow with the business.

  • Hybrid role - must be willing to come into the downtown Denver office 3 days/week: Mon-Wed (parking partially subsidized)
  • Salary range: $90-$100K + bonus

What you’ll do:
  • Own the forecast, working with functional leaders across the business to provide regular updates to the company-wide forecast
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to prior periods and budgeted figures
  • Report financial results to internal and external stakeholders, leading to improved financial visibility and literacy around the business
  • Assist the sales function in deal and profitability analysis, driving high-quality revenue
  • Roll out standard software company KPIs and track them against industry standards
  • Support the business with various financial analyses on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a corporate finance role; software company experience preferred
  • Knowledge of finance principles and reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
