The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and data analytics to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Consults with Digital Marketing Manager to understand goals and scope of desired marketing programs
  • Efficiently coordinate projects and campaigns with Marketing team, including web designers and other agencies involved in digital marketing campaigns to achieve expected results
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Execution of assigned online marketing plans; compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans and meet monthly goals
  • Report accurate campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Make recommendations to continuously improve existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of sustainable digital platform strategies, marketing opportunities, trends, analytics, techniques and best practices.
  • Responsible to ensure website up to date with pricing and all product information.
  • Responsible for regular e-mail marketing and social outreach campaigns per the marketing calendar
  • Build and update accurate product pdf's and equipment with new branding
  • Assist with sourcing and accurate creation of product attributes for Product Detail Pages
  • Responsible for management of GO SSI inbox, all incoming leads and website submissions
  • Partner with sales to develop, coordinate and oversee the usage of collateral promotional products, templates, brochures, product sheets, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned

Salary Transparency

The pay range for this position is $26-$33/hour. Please note that the higher end of the pay range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and qualifications that exceed the requirements of the role. Most new hires typically start at the beginning of the pay range, with opportunities for growth and increases based on performance and tenure.

  • Basic understanding and willingness to learn HTML

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.
  • Must hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
