About The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic individual contributor who thrives on execution and is eager to build scalable marketing programs from the ground up. If you’re a scrappy, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketer who loves blending content, demand generation, product marketing, and events, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Content Marketing (30%)

  • Develop and execute an editorial strategy to attract, educate, and convert prospects through blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social content.
  • Create compelling product storytelling and thought leadership content to differentiate us in the market.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate product capabilities into high-impact messaging.
  • Own and optimize content distribution and performance, leveraging SEO, email marketing, and paid channels.

Demand Generation (30%)

  • Own full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen programs, including paid media, email nurture sequences, webinars, and outbound campaigns.
  • Partner with sales and growth teams to optimize lead scoring, MQLs, and pipeline generation.
  • Experiment with growth strategies (A/B testing, personalization, retargeting) to drive customer acquisition.

Product Marketing (20%)

  • Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to different audience segments.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine messaging and stay ahead in the market.

Event Strategy & Execution (20%)

  • Develop and own our event marketing strategy, including trade shows, conferences, and hosted events.
  • Identify high-impact industry events and own logistics, booth design, speaker placements, and lead capture strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to maximize event ROI through pre- and post-event campaigns.
  • Create virtual and in-person experiences that engage prospects and build pipeline, such as VIP dinners, roundtables, and networking events.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on content, demand generation, product marketing, and event strategy.
  • A builder—you love setting up systems, testing new ideas, and iterating based on data.
  • A data-driven marketer with experience optimizing campaigns for conversions and pipeline growth.
  • A storyteller who can craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences.
  • Experience managing events (trade shows, conferences, and/or hosted events) with a focus on lead capture and engagement.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment and wearing multiple hats.
