POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects involving system implementations, process improvements, compliance initiatives, P&C insurance workflows, claims management and underwriting to deliver projects on time, within budget and that meet all quality standards. In addition, you will collaborate closely with various teams, stakeholders and leadership across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will play a vital role within the IMO (Independent Marketing Organization) governance structure on a TSA team dedicated to managing the "Transition Service Agreement" (TSA) exit process. This team oversees the gradual handover of operations by creating and executing detailed workplans for each TSA, monitoring execution and administering the change control process to ensure an overall smooth transition while minimizing disruption.
We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilities with:
Directing the planning, execution and measurement/status reporting of the TSA workstream.
Identifying improvement opportunities for the workstream and develop actionable solutions.
Managing change and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
Expertise with legal, financial and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Ensuring effective change management practices are utilized throughout the program lifecycle.
Creating timelines, agendas, communications and reporting and toolsets for workstreams.
Providing direction and support to program members throughout the TSA exit lifecycle.
Administering the change request process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Information Science and/or related field.
10-15 years of project management experience within the P&C insurance domain.
Possess a deep understanding of P&C insurance operations including: underwriting, claims and policy administration.
Deep understanding of the M&A process including due diligence, valuation, negotiation and integration.
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Strong technical knowledge of insurance systems (Guidewire, OnBase).
Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex projects including leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into project requirements
Ability to lead diverse teams and utilize best practices of project management.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
PMP certification preferred.
