Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are currently looking for a Social Content Producer to join our fun and growing Talent & In-House Creator division. This role will be based in New York City. The Social Content Producer, will assist in building and maintaining an excellent client and rep/talent relationship while maintaining high level oversight of campaigns, titles, and talent. The role will also entail oversight and, when needed, on the ground content capture. This role acts as the liaison between the social producer/client/production and leads overall talent and social content strategy for assigned titles, talent and/or brands.

Your Impact

  • Work on assigned titles on-set to capture social first content with talent that is in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients and partners
  • Provide quality assurance & strategic insights on all assigned projects
  • Manage your own day-to-day operations of the project including management of timelines, deliverables and logistics
  • Provide innovative & creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives
  • Create custom social media toolkits and strategy as needed for assigned titles


Your Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience working in social media in a content capture and/or strategy position, entertainment preferred
  • Experience working with public figures and/or in production preferred
  • Experience in social media analytics and reporting
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, able to read a room and pivot quickly as needed
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines, strategies, and the many moving parts of a campaign
  • Experience capturing content for short form video such as TikTok/Reels, editing in real-time on an iPhone for social media


Your Availability

  • Must be available on-site in New York City
  • Available M-F: 9am-5pm EST
  • Occasional nights & weekends

The salary range for this role is $64,350-$71,560 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
