Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

Location : Bellevue, WA (Hybrid, one day per week onsite required)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

This Sr. Systems Analyst works under the guidance of the Enterprise Applications Manager. ITD is looking for a systems thinker with an eye for technical excellence, continuous improvement, and excellent communications skills. The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • 5 or more years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.

  • Cloud/SaaS projects: Experience with SaaS product implementations, including new product onboarding, migrations from on-premises to SaaS, in-cloud upgrades, and hybrid environment integrations among SaaS and on-premises systems.

  • Strong experience with enterprise-level systems, databases, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).

  • Experience in managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • User Adoption: Experience building user community (business champions and user groups), promoting training and self-help resource, and connecting business needs to appropriate products, services and resources to achieve desired goals.

  • Leadership and communication: Strong leadership experience, particularly with stakeholders and user groups; good verbal and written communication skills; experience tailoring communications to varied audiences.

  • Project Management: Experiencecoordinating activities of vendors, business stakeholders and technical colleagues to plan and execute technology projects.

  • Technology Support: Experience acting as an intermediary between users and vendors of cloud/SaaS products to ensure they deliver expected business value and conform with SLA requirements.

  • Agile/Scrum: Experience working in a scrum team to deliver products, projects, and services using agile, continuous delivery methodologies.

  • Experience working with Maximo or Mas is a huge plus.


Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or other related field(s) or equivalent experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.

  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in business systems support with emphasis on SaaS applications, cloud services, and inter-system integrations.

  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in user adoption activities, including individual and group training, knowledge management, fostering user communities, and accelerating momentum with technical and business teams.

  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform are desirable.

  • Proficiency in systems analysis tools and methodologies
