Role Overview:

As an Investor Relations Associate Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential investors who can contribute financially and strategically. You will focus on attracting investors willing to take on an advisory role while also helping to build a high-performing team. This is an equity-based compensation role, offering a unique opportunity to be part of the early stages of a groundbreaking startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential investors who align with our vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective investors, particularly those interested in advisory shares.
  • Assist in crafting compelling investor pitch decks and communication materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with investors and advisors.
  • Help manage ongoing relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Support fundraising initiatives by assisting in outreach and negotiation processes.
  • Contribute to developing a strategic advisory network to guide the company.
  • Assist with team-building efforts by leveraging investor contacts and connections.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and consumer technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and identify potential investors and advisors.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Understanding of equity-based compensation and the startup ecosystem.
  • Experience in finance, business development, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
