RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Copywriter/Content Strategist in Irving, TX.
Overview:
A UX Writer creates and implements written content for digital products to enhance the user experience. We are building our experience design team with stellar design talent who will build the next version of our mobile apps. Our team of designers are self-driven and multi-faceted in their skill sets, and together with our product and engineering teams, will be responsible for defining the customer experience of our digital products. This person will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content and copy for our digital experiences. This includes developing user interface text, product descriptions, information, messages, and other content to ensure our products are as intuitive and friendly as possible.
Duties:
* Research, write, and edit copy for web-based applications, mobile apps, websites, emails, banners, etc.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to create an effective content strategy that is consistent with the overall product design
* Experience working on digital products; This role sits within the product and UX organization, so a foundational knowledge of product design and UX practices is key
* Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials
* Stay up to date on current trends in UX content writing and content strategy
* Ensure all copy is accurate, error free, and follows brand guidelines
* Monitor analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of copy
* Content strategy, copywriting, brand and identity, voice and tone, information architecture, and research
REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum of 3 years in content strategy, content design, brand and identity, marketing, copywriting, product development, mobile app design, or some other related role
* Knowledgeable of best practices for content in digital experiences, especially for mobile apps
* You are a natural collaborator, actively seeking out information and partnerships, you are able to navigate competing priorities, negotiate decisions, and advocate for what is right
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members
* Experience using Figma would be beneficial
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
