  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate for this position would not only have maintenance knowledge but would also have a skill set to complete maintenance tasks as needed in the facility. This position requires the individual to be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. The schedule is 8 hour shifts with the ability to be on call if needed.

Responsibilities:

Tasks could include but not limited to drywall repair, moderatoe to minor plumbing repair, moderate to minor electrical issues, HVAC and general life safety concerns within the community.

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Director from 8am-4:30pm with the potential for after hours in the case of an emergency. The salary ranges between 56,000-61,000 dependent on experience.
