What is in it for you?

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development experience must have in addition to Scrum Master experience
  • Establish team level cadence and drive team level events (e.g. sprint planning, team backlog grooming, team retrospectives, etc.) in alignment with Program level cadences established
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage adoption of good agile practices
  • Encourage and facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration
  • Facilitate management of the scrum team's dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams
  • Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
  • Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
  • Track and manage project execution in accordance with company's delivery and financial management practices
  • Active participant in the local scrum chapters to share and learn new agile concepts
  • Maintain effective information radiators that aid transparency and encourage clear communication between the development team, the Product Owner, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work and in satisfying their Product Owner and stakeholders. teams.

  • 10+ Years

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Skill:

  • Scrum Master, Project management
