Summary

We're a fast-growing CPG brand looking for a hands-on leader to own our global supply chain strategy and execution. As VP of Supply Chain, you’ll be the driving force behind building a seamless, scalable, and efficient supply chain that supports global expansion of a category leading brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a global supply chain strategy that aligns with company expansion goals
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to maintain quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Manage procurement operations, including purchase order oversight, supplier payments, and vendor performance evaluation
  • Lead logistics efforts to ensure timely product delivery, minimize expenses, and optimize warehouse and freight networks
  • Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to synchronize supply chain operations with overall business priorities
  • Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, implementing necessary improvements
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to navigate supply chain disruptions, regulatory updates, and global trade challenges
  • Drive innovation and continuous process improvements using technology and data analytics

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain management, particularly in CPG or eCommerce
  • Demonstrated success in scaling supply chain operations on a global level
  • Expertise in procurement, logistics, and inventory control
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills with a focus on cost optimization
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data-driven supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field

  • Experience in global supply chain optimization, including multi-region logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage substantial budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
