  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

  1. Understands business process management and business requirements of the customers and translates them to specific software requirements encompassing functional and non functional requirements.
  2. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on both user needs and knowledge of systems/products.
  3. Establishes and maintains positive client business relationships across the organization, including guiding others in understanding client business, process, and solution implementation.
  4. Interacts with business teams for the requirement specification review and sign off.
  5. Acts as an interface between business units and Information Technology teams responsible for the development and enhancement of new/existing software products.
  6. Work with UI and UX teams to create design specs and develop visual and interaction designs specifying application workflows.
  7. Design and create mockups, prototypes, and documentation and workflow diagrams wherever required.
  8. Agile Experience : Epic & User Story creation, Ceremony facilitation. Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
  9. Independent/proactive attitude ability to work as proxy-PO
  10. Ability to translate ambiguous business ideas into clear technical requirement
  11. Ability to be flexible with working hours to support ever changing demands of the business
  12. Hands-on experience working directly with Dev & QA teams daily (e.g. story walk through, early feedback sessions, etc.)
  13. Technical Knowledge (Java/.net) is a plus to work seamlessly with project team
  14. Good Communication skills is a must
  15. Working Experience on JIRA is a must
  16. Basic SQL/Database knowledge
  17. Good knowledge on Visio/Draw.io is a plus
  18. Prior Development or QA experience is a bonus
  19. Knowledge and Experience in Port/Terminal operations is a bonus
