Your role:
The candidate's primary focus will be supporting our customers and conducting both online and on-site customer training associated with the utilization of all CMS applications and tools. The candidate must be able to use good judgment when recommending support to our customers by using his advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency requirements. This includes providing phone support on our software products as well as other services provided by FSI. This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials and documentation. Additional tasks will include software testing, implementation, maintenance, and general support of the facilities management software applications. Candidates should be willing to expand their role in the company, participate in marketing activities, learn additional technologies, and willing to learn all aspects of FSI’s service offerings.

Compensation:
The compensation offered for this position will be based upon relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The starting salary is expected to fall within the range of $80,000-$90,000.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead large and medium-sized customers through successful implementations and launches
- Motivate customers to complete implementation successfully by ensuring they are tracking against optimal timelines
- Set customers up for long-term success by driving the value of FSI solutions through implementation, helping them navigate and overcome roadblocks
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve customer-reported application and technical issues for the CMS application, CMS Mobile, and other CMMS applications as needed.
- Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies, coordinating internal resources as necessary
- Serve as a trusted adviser by advocating for client needs and product requests to FSI’s internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers post-implementation
- Manage group initiatives directed at process and tools continuous improvement
- A passion for improving healthcare through technology
- 3+ years of technical/implementation project management experience ideally focused on Enterprise applications, including experience managing the integration of software into complex environments.
- 3+ years of Healthcare Industry experience, preferably including at least some time inside a Health System or Hospital
- 3+ years of CMMS administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.)
- Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
- Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent to ensure effective management of projects and alignment with industry best practices
