Job Description:

We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead as our direct W2 employee. You will work for us in a potential long-term, multi-year contract. You will oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives. You will also:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
  • Define system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and development processes are followed.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Document technical processes and system configurations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 + Years as a lead and a total of 10 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation etc.)
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience with Omni Studio.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems.
  • Understanding of Salesforce's data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
  • Azure DevOps, Agile practices
