Our Recruiter delivers on our mission by attracting talent to join our employee-owned team. As our Recruiter, you will provide staffing services to business partners and advance our brand nationwide.

What you will do:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey
  • Collaborate with management to develop effective hiring approaches
  • Design and implement structured interview processes
  • Guide hiring decisions through data-driven candidate evaluations
  • Lead offer negotiations and closing conversations
  • Articulate benefits and compensation packages
  • Provide transparent insights into company culture and work environment
  • Monitor hiring trends and stay aware of the competitive recruiting landscape
  • Maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and the communities in which we serve




What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting. Preferably in the IT or healthcare fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environments
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and staffing practices
