Manager, Project Management

We are looking for a Manager, Project Management, who will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team to ensure optimal operational efficiency by delivering new client program implementations. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to do some work from home, as well as on-site work at our St. Louis headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track project plans for program implementations, expansions, and integrations in accordance with program and contract requirements
• Track interdepartmental tasks and milestones during the program implementation, expansion, and integration processes and keep task owners accountable.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Become subject matter expert on program execution and progress
• Assist in the internal and external reporting on the project and project milestones
• Lead organizational process improvement efforts as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a formal project management role
• Great communication, organization, presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Organized and detail-oriented - a lover of process
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
• Go-getters who thrive in creating structure out of ambiguity
• Superb communication skills, excellent presentation, speaking, and writing skills
