Summary:

The Wholesale Operations and Compliance Associate’s primary role is to support the flow of EDI wholesale orders to department store clients. Regular tasks will include confirmation of data accuracy, transmitting orders to our 3PL warehouse via NetSuite ERP, and providing clients with additional requested data points. Candidate must also work closely with 3PL to ensure retailer compliance guideline documents are followed and make claims on any chargeback incurred due to noncompliance. Candidate must be based out of the New York City area. Become a part of our team and help drive success across different channels and platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process and send wholesale EDI orders to pick via Netsuite ERP.
  • Support the Wholesale Operations Analyst (WOA) in facilitating accurate exchange of product data via EDI.
  • Confirm all UPC, color, style numbers, and pricing on customer EDI orders match appropriate season data in GXS/SPS Commerce product catalog.
  • Complete retailer-provided quality control forms via Excel.
  • Complete retailer-provided product attribute sheets via Excel.
  • Monitor stock levels of special handling materials (Hangers, price tickets, UPC stickers, etc.) for Bergen VAS team and report to WOA if reorders in-season are necessary.
  • Work with WOA to retrieve tracking for inbound supplies. Monitor and confirm receipt with warehouse.
  • Confirm with Bergen account manager and VAS team best practice per retailers’ routing instructions are followed.
  • Ensure correct protocol for hanger application, RFID ticketing, Retail/Price stickering, UPC visibility, etc.
  • Submit chargeback (CB) disputes in both Bergen and Major Retailer portals.
  • Monitor open CB claims via relevant claim portals until a resolution is complete.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excel experience is a must (must be proficient with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).Experience with EDI is a preferred.
  • Familiarity with department store retailers is preferred.
  • Experience with NuOrder, Netsuite, SPS Commerce, or GXS is preferred.
  • Experience working with 3PL Logistics is preferred.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively.
  • Compensation: $50-60K
