  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Scope of Work:

  • Familiarity with Federal Subcontracting

o Understanding contracting tools of a Subcontractor, Subaward and Modification.

  • Understanding of Subrecipient Monitoring
    • Financial Statements Review
    • Representations, Certifications and Business Assurances
    • Sam.GOV
    • IRS W-9
  • Loading contracts into Workday Strategic Sourcing database.
  • Understanding of Workday requestions and purchase orders.
  • Other Job duties as assigned.

Formal Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • At least 5 years experience in Subcontracting with federal awards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (as demonstrated by prior work experience):

  • Knowledge of 2CFR 200 .320 Procurement Methods
  • Knowledge of 2CFR200 Subpart D Procurement Standards
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, balance several projects, organize, and set own work priorities with proven ability to follow through on details and work in progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who is also a team player with a high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Thrives in a remote work environment; accountable, disciplined, punctual, adaptable, and demonstrates strong time-management skills.
  • Customer-service focused with a positive attitude; maintains grace under pressure
