Job Description

Program OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience with data integrations (API, application integration, ETL, Pub/Sub, etc.), business experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical and technical teams. The Dealer Data Services Integration Lead reports to the Retail Systems and Data Integrations Manager and is responsible for establishing testing standards for all Sales Solutions systems/applications. This role involves managing testing schedules and timelines, providing Sales Solutions Operations Support, assisting with enhancement prioritization, training and communication development, solution documentation, and aligning with global users.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement UAT test cases, standards, and reporting.

Provide production support for dealer and vehicle data systems

.Manage change request requirements and project tracking.

Support integration for 3rd party vendors.

Offer operational and project support in a fast-paced, highly variable environment.

Participate in enhancement release meetings and materials.

Define, facilitate, and support integration testing.

Incorporate dealer feedback into planning efforts.

Coordinate business activities and projects with other Dealer Business Solutions & IT Managers and supporting teams.

Oversee and participate in testing for various data services created as part of the DVMP process and other systems within Dealer Sales Solutions.

Work with IT project teams during the development of data services to ensure business needs are met.

Participate in business validation of IT deployments.

QualificationsRequired Experience:Extensive knowledge and experience with vehicle and dealer data, dealer systems, and associated business processes (5+ years).

Experience working with automotive OEM (5+ years); dealership sales/ordering experience is a plus.

Ability to quickly ramp up on new work assignments

.Web-service experience.

High level of analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems.

Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related areas.

Team-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships.

Ability to recognize and value the importance of sharing ideas, results, and best practices.

Ability to multi-task across a wide range of activities while remaining calm and efficient.

Extensive knowledge of testing requirements and methodology, project management, and other IT-related processes.

Proficient in querying relational databases and understanding database structures; Oracle (relational) and SOLR (NoSQL) experience is a plus.

Demonstrated Experience/Skills:Technical Writing/Competence: Attention to detail, analytical skills, computer skills, interpersonal communication.

Brand/Product Expertise: Knowledge of Dealer, DMS systems and processes, and vehicle ordering/consensus processes

Project Management & Strategy: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; managing and measuring work, organizational agility, problem-solving, process management, drive for results.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Aha!, and SharePoint; proficient in SOAP UI, XML, JSON, SOAP.
