Description:
Extracts and manipulates data from multiple systems across various departments to create statistical reports; analyzes department statistics, notes trends and makes recommendations to management; evaluates database effectiveness and reviews data for accuracy and trends; conducts training and provides technical support to database users; and researches and investigates data accuracy of reports and information.
Duties:
Analyzes requests for information and determines how to extract the data from the database systems for the appropriate reports.
Develops and tests the accuracy of reports created to ensure high quality information is provided to end-users.
Documents processes, conducts training, and provides technical support to database users.
Gathers and summarizes data from various sources in order to complete reports and special projects.
Retrieves records or data and distributes information as appropriate in order to provide timely and accurate information to department members or external customers.
Maintains database systems, ensuring the integrity of the data within each system and resolves issues relating to the database information.
Collaborates with various departments to develop and support data reporting needs.
Job Duties:
Purchase Order creation and Payment processing.
Move ticket creation and processing
Coordination of calendars/scheduling appointments/meetings
Organize facility requirements for events and meetings
Support material preparation for meetings and events
Coordinate and maintain storage areas
Facilitate logistical aspects of internal and external testing activities
Carry out shipping and receiving activities related to testing activities
Entering and facilitating work requests and activity requests
Auditing projects upon completion
Skills:
Ability to use or learn the tools/processes for the role; examples include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office, Calibration databases, VISION, Agile PLM, Microsoft Visio.
Ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple work groups
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Highly organized and punctual

Education:
Associates or BA in Business Management, Data Analytics, etc.
Note:
1st shift Onsite- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
25% floor 75% desk- Metatarsal boots required
Lift requirement- 25-LBS, anything additional is completed with assistance
