
Quality Assurance Manager
Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager (Contract)
Client : Innove Centric /Starbucks
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Key Responsibilities:
Manage quality principles in software and IT development.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the PMO.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Analyze processes and define customer satisfaction metrics.
Research, develop, and implement testing methods.
Maintain automation libraries and monitor defects.
Promote quality principles through training and communication. Required Experience:
7+ years in IT (4+ years in process engineering, 2+ years in project management).
Certification in Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
Strong skills in business process mapping and inefficiency analysis.
Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN software).
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Preferred Qualifications:
QA certification (ISTQB preferred).
Experience with Waterfall Methodology. Education:
Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
