Baer is looking for SAP BRIM Support Consultant for a 10+ month remote project.
Title: SAP BRIM Support Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 10 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Provide expert-level technical support for users of SAP BRIM, addressing issues related to billing processes, customer contracts, pricing, and revenue recognition.
- Investigate complex billing issues, identify root causes, and propose and implement effective solutions to resolve recurring issues. Ensure quick and effective resolution to minimize business disruptions.
- Assess and implement changes to the SAP BRIM configuration based on business updates, new requirements, or additional functionalities. Ensure that all changes undergo proper testing and are well-documented.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation on SAP BRIM configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Develop and manage a knowledge base for future reference, enabling users to resolve common issues independently.
- Work closely with business teams, functional consultants, and other technical teams to ensure smooth operation of SAP BRIM and provide effective solutions for user inquiries.
- Assist in user training sessions to ensure effective usage of SAP BRIM functionalities and provide ongoing support as needed to enhance user experience.
- Continuously analyze SAP BRIM functionality and suggest improvements to streamline processes, improve user experience, and enhance the overall system performance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM functionalities, including Convergent Charging, Contract Accounting, Subscription Billing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to SAP BRIM and resolving complex billing, pricing, and revenue recognition problems.
- Experience with assessing, implementing, and managing configuration changes to SAP BRIM systems, ensuring proper testing and documentation for all changes.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed and organized documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge base articles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify the root cause of issues, propose effective solutions, and implement them in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users clearly and concisely.
- Strong focus on providing high-quality customer support, responding to user queries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions.
