Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.

Essential Duties:
* Systems Analyst will provide support for accounting software and other accounting-managed systems including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; Perform scheduled activities; Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; Liaison with third parties and other stakeholders
* Ensure data integrity, test system changes, and analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities
* Support accounting software upgrades, patches, testing, new features, and configuration implementation
* Review, test and communicate to stakeholders upcoming accounting-managed system upgrades or patches; Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix; Document process and results
* Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality; Train new system users
* Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
* Provide audit support through generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable
* Provide support for other technical accounting and finance projects
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to assist IT and users with an efficient use of data needed from the Infor/ERP platform
* Coordinate the implementation of new features and updates to keep the Infor/ERP platform up-to-date and secure
* Troubleshooting system and integration errors
* Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance Team and other stakeholders to assess business requirements and propose system solutions
* Provide audit support through generating reports, developing documentation, and performing completeness and accuracy checks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field; There is a minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in financial software system management; Or any equivalent of work experience and training totaling 7 years of experience
* ERP Systems expertise
* Database management skills
* System administration proficiency
* Security and Access Control knowledge
* Strong customer service and effective communication skills
* Ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to learn new financial systems and stay informed of technology changes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
* Basic accounting and project cost experience
* Previous experience with Infor/ERP, Cloud Suite FSM, or similar ERP
* Previous experience with Source to pay (COUPA), or Inform

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
