  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2. Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' and dealers' concerns.

3. Providing technical support for client products to dealers and customers.

4. Communicating with dealers, spare parts team, sales team and workshop team etc to ensure that services and parts are delivered effectively.

5. Responsible for handling warranty cases of client products.

6. Providing product training and service training for dealers and customers.

7. Collectiing feedback and suggestions from dealers and customers, work with client's team to improve machines.

8. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.

9. Complete other related tasks arranged by the manager.
