- Patients per day : 18-20
- Target start date: ASAP
- NO call
- The preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour/week) providers work 4 days per week.
- Physician Base: $228K-$240K/yr
- Loan Forgiveness: NHSC Student loan forgiveness
- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program:
- We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following:
- Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment
- Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment
- Relocation: Up to 10K for providers
- Physicians: up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years.
- Health insurance
- Malpractice : yes
- PTO: New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
