Overview:

We are seeking an Oracle Financial Reporting Consultant to support financial reporting, analytics, and compliance using Oracle Cloud ERP and E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and experience with financial report development tools like Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, and BI Publisher.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle tools such as FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
Work closely with finance teams to understand reporting requirements, financial statements, and compliance needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in financial reports across Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS.
Configure and optimize GL, AP, AR, FA, CM reporting structures for streamlined financial analysis.
Implement drill-through and ad-hoc reporting capabilities for better financial insights.
Support month-end and year-end close processes by generating required financial statements and reports.
Assist with data migrations, reconciliations, and validations in Oracle Financials.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and SOX reporting standards.
Provide end-user training and documentation on financial reporting tools.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS).
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI, Smart View, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
In-depth understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and financial reporting.
Experience in financial data analysis, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and its reporting capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with finance teams and IT stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Financials Cloud Certification or Oracle EBS Financials Certification.
Experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for financial planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of workflow automation and financial close processes.
Familiarity with third-party reporting tools like Hyperion Financial Reporting.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
