Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in Benchling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for Benchling, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Benchling users.
  • Assist with platform configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Work closely with scientists, researchers, and IT teams to resolve system issues.
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues as needed.
  • Ensure seamless user experience by resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Benchling support team to implement best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Benchling technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LIMS, ELN, and other laboratory informatics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
