  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to collaborate with our Cloud Solutions Architects in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure cloud solutions aligned with Fiserv standards and application requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proficiency in using Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Experience with Harness or similar CI/CD tools for deployment automation.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, workflows, and tools.
  • Experienced with Azure cloud platforms and their services.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate processes.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Cloud Solutions Architects to design cloud infrastructure, applications, and services using Terraform and other IaC tools.
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and configuration of cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain automation scripts using Ansible for configuration management and deployment.
  • Utilize Harness and other CI/CD tools to build, manage, and optimize deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure infrastructure designs and implementations adhere to Fiserv standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related incidents.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Document processes, workflows, and configurations to maintain knowledge management and streamline onboarding.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Terraform, Azure, or related cloud technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Work Environment:
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Cloud Architects, DevOps engineers, and application developers, to ensure seamless deployment and operation of cloud-based solutions.
