Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our remote team. In this generalist role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring smooth operations in handling all commercial lines policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on coverage options, renewals, and risk management.
  • Ensure timely processing of policy renewals, endorsements, and claims.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes and ensure proper coverage.
  • Resolve policy issues and client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, workers’ comp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage a generalist book of business effectively and efficiently.
  • Active insurance license in the applicable state(s).
