Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant to implement, optimize, and support customer relationship management solutions, specifically focusing on service management processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to design efficient service delivery workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and integrate SAP CRM Service with other SAP modules. This role demands strong expertise in SAP CRM Service processes, configurations, and integration with backend systems such as SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement SAP CRM Service solutions, including service orders, service contracts, service request management, and complaints handling.

Configure service management functions such as warranties, repairs, resource scheduling, and service confirmations.

Set up pricing, billing, and invoicing processes related to service scenarios

Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules like SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO.

Work with middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration for data synchronization between systems.

Support integration with customer-facing platforms, such as SAP C/4HANA or non-SAP solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
